Post-Natal/ Baby Yoga
Mother and Baby Yoga runs weekly on a Tuesday morning at 11am for 1 hour. This is a lovely hour spent exercising, bonding and socialising!
Babies must be at least 10 weeks old and can continue the class until they begin to crawl. The class practices gentle strengthening exercises for the mother, with particular attention to the pelvic floor muscles.
We also look at alleviating any aches and strains in the chest, arms and shoulders caused by feeding (bottle or breast) and carrying the baby. These classes have a relaxed atmosphere so please don’t worry if baby decides to feed, sleep or need nappy changing throughout, just enjoy doing what you can and being around others in a similar position!
Please bring with you a towel or blanket.
