30 minute Self adjustment class using the wall

This class is perfect for those of you wanting to get the most out of your home practice. In this class we explore alignment as well as options for what feels good to the individual. We look at poses: Triangle, half moon, half handstand, splits, lunges and pigeon. Perfect for getting a deep stretch for quads and hamstrings.

This class does get intense at times and by doing this class you accept full responsibiliy for any risk of injury.
